The most important phase is to consult with you about the main features of your business: company type, owners, management, legal address, activities, company name. In the meantime, we subscribe for a legal address, and apply for tax numbers for foreign owners and directors. Once all details are agreed, we move forrward to preparing the company documents.
Based on previous consultation, we prepare 10+ pieces of company documents, extending to 100+ pages, in hungarian, turkish and english languages. We review the content of each of them with you, and once it’s finalized, we step forward to the company procedure.
You and other parties sign each document in front of your computer or smart device, while we support you in a video call, and register the signing process as a supporting verification for the court. You send us a hard copy by DHL, but we can proceed fast with the company registration, as we only need the scanned copies of the documents, that you’ll send us by email.
On the application that we submit representing you, the company court (similar to chamber of commerce in Turkey) proceeds with the registration, and the tax office processes the tax registration, and issues tax numbers. In a few days, your company is registered with tax numbers, and only a few steps remain, to start business.
The most important step after registration is to open business IBAN numbers, and install internet banking. We manage this fast, providing you with a hungarian SIM card with a phone as well, to use the internet banking. We also hire your accountant on behalf of you, and collaborate with her to start your company’s accounting, and do the necessary administrative processes. Once these steps are completed, you can start doing your business.
Choosing company type, designing ownership and management structure
As Turkey, Hungary also has different company types, from which we help you choose. The ownership and management structure also has to be planned well, to serve your later goals. The company may be owned by one single or more persons, it may be owned by an other company, or private individuals, and it may be managed by one single or more directors. The final features shall fit your needs.
Drafting and authentificating company documents remotely (online), in turkish, english and hungarian
In Hungary, company documents shall be authentificated (notarized) by lawyers, who act is this regard as notary public in other countries. This authentification is a special dry stamp on printed documents, and electronic stamp and time signature on pdf files. The authentification can happen in person, or online, through video call. We draft company documents in english, hungarian and turkish.
Providing a legal address for the company
Like in Turkey, hungarian companies also have a legal address, which is the official address of operation. We can support you in finding offices in any size, including home offices for your stays in Hungary, and we can also provide you with virtual office or co-working office. Our offers usually include 6 months use of a virtual office, because in this time period most of our clients find a new office and we transfer the company to the new address.
Providing a legal contact person to the company
Shareholders and directors who aren’t hungarian residents need a legal contact person by law, that we provide you for 1 year or longer, if needed. This person is authorized to receive specific official letters from specific state authorities.
Receiving private tax number for shareholders, directors and other key personnel
Every private individual who becomes a shareholder or a director in a hungarian company needs a hungarian tax number before the company is even registered. We support you in getting this tax number in 1 day, instead of the official 30 days deadline.
Registering the company to the company register
We register your company in the company register within 1 day from tax number registration, and provide you with a company certificate, that shows all the relevant data regarding the company.
Providing apostilled company documents
To use your company documents internationally, we provide you with a set of apostilled company documents. Apostille is accepted in every country, that is party of the Apostille Convention, like Turkey and Hungary.
Registering hungarian tax number, EU VAT nr., VPID and EORI number for the company
We proceed in registering all necessary fiscal and statistical identification numbers and codes for tax payment, VAT, customs and export import, regarding all EU and non EU countries.
Opening business IBAN account number for the company
Opening an IBAN number means entering into a cooperation with a hungarian or european bank, to cover your financial transactions with payment and depositary services. As a consequence of strict money laundering and anti terrorist laws, opening an account is almost impossible without a solid personal reference, that we provide you at the financial institute that we have chosen. Typically we open EUR, USD and HUF accounts for your company, but it’s also possible to have an account in YTL.
